View the classes you've got coming up. Need to change one? Move it to another class, free, up to 24 hours before it starts. Pass classes can be moved until your pass ends; single classes within 31 days of booking. Inside 24 hours a class can no longer be cancelled or moved, and cancelling then is charged, with no refund.
