Quick health check

The 7-point health check

A heart condition, or you've been told to only do medically supervised exercise
Chest pain during exercise, or in the past month while resting
Dizziness, loss of balance or fainting during or after exercise
A bone or joint problem that could be made worse by exercise
Prescribed medication for blood pressure or a heart condition
You are pregnant, or have recently given birth
Any other reason you should not do vigorous exercise

I'm good to train. No health question applies to me, or my GP says I'm fit to train. I take part voluntarily and accept the ordinary risks of boxing fitness. This doesn't affect the gym's duty to take reasonable care of me. I'm 16 or over.

I'd like to book my classes straight away, and I understand my pass covers 31 days from my first class. I agree to the pass terms.

What you are buying

When you buy a pass you book all of its classes there and then. You pick one date and time for each class, all within 31 days of your first class. Your pass is linked to the email address you buy it with, and the last date you can attend is shown on your pass and in your receipt.

Changing a class

Need to change a class? You can move any of them to another date up to an hour before it starts, as long as the new date is still within the 31 days. If we cancel a class you booked, we'll move you to another one or refund it.

Refunds

Need a refund? Refunds are handled by the gym directly, so just get in touch and we'll talk it through.
